If you need to know how to use it, these are the steps:
Clean your pan & paddle ;-)
Put the paddle on the spindle, and place the pan on your counter.
Put in your wet incredients. If it calls for an egg, beat the egg first. (Personally, I mix all my wet ingredients in a sauce pan, I heat them to 110 F - about 60 seconds); and then pour them into my bread machine pan
Put in your dry ingredients EXECPT YEAST. Personally, I mix all mine together first, then add them to the bread machine pan.
Use a spoon to make an indent in the top of your dry ingredients. Put your yeast into this indentation.
Put the bread pan into the machine. Choose your cycle and hit start.
Timer: a delay function. You can delay the start of the cycle up to 13 hours on most machines. If you use eggs or perishable items DO NOT DELAY!
Keep Warm: up to 1 hour on most machines. Is actually a low heat bake.
To avoid tearing of your loaf: leave your bread in the machine for 5-10 minutes. When you turn it out of the pan, you should have the paddle remove itself cleanly without tearing.
