temperture and fuel guage have stopped working?

There are people on here who would scold you for not giving more detail like the make & model of the vehicle - and it could be important.

I know nothing of cars - but given that you've checked the fuses then perhaps the relay that gives power to these circuits might be to blame. But I must stress I am ignorant of motor vehicles.
