How can I fix my Toastmaster Model 1195 breadmaker pan?

I carry kneading blades and owner’s manuals for just about every make and model of breadmaker ever made, even some replacement drive belts, pan seals and bread pans. I had the same problem. And NO, pam does not work! I was able to call the manufacturer (Salton/Toastmaster) and order a replacement pan. It seems that the non-stick surface wears out over time, especially with whole wheat bread. Be prepared though, the pan costs $32.50 for my Breadman TR600. That didn't include the paddle, which was another $7.50. Considering I bought the unit used and only paid $2.50, it was worth it to me to upgrade. The actual unit was in good shape, I just had the annoying sticking problem also.

and give them your model number to see if there are parts for your machine.

You need to coat the inside with non-stick cooking spray before adding ingredients.
