System Refill?

Hi All

I have a valiant combi boiler and the pressure is reading below 1 bar, now normally I go to the re-fill tap and refill the system but when I turn on the re-fill tap nothing happens no water can be heard going into the system. does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?r, the presure
