Despite following the instructions the system will not activate and we now have no working alarm system - could someone please urgently advise how we can start from "scratch" i.e., clearing the alarm panel of code and totally re-setting with a new code
Is there any reaction when you put in a code, either your user code, or the original user 1 code. If the system's reacting, get hold of the user manual (accenta/honeywell website) and check which connectors to jumper to reset to the default user codes (sort of left hand tamper connector jumpered to the set connector). If the panels not reacting, then you may have a duff panel, in which case, look on ebay, and replace it.
