i have a kenmore dryer model # 962 73100 . dryer does not heat, replaced thermal fuse, still doesn' heat, schematic shows a thermal cutoff fuse, might this be the problem? any suggestions?
If you have no heat, I would check the voltage at the heating element terminals with the dryer running. If you have 240 volts at the element, the element must be bad. If you don't want to mess with live voltage you can always check the element and everything else along the way in the heating circuit with an ohm meter.
