I had a similar problem and couldn't find a solution/reference in the manual. When I rang the help desk, they said I'd need to send it in for inspection. It was just out of warranty and considering I'd have to pay to have the thing taken out (as I'd paid an auto electrician to put it in), I decided that was that! A lot of mucking around for no certain gaurantee. I didn't use the CD player for awhile, then tried it a few weeks later and it worked. I think it needed a BIG rest!
I believe the wrong code has been entered in four times, you'll have to totally diconnect the player for an hour or two and it should reset itself, input the correct code and you should be back in business.
