i have had a phillips dect 122 phone for about 6 months now, the batteries have been charged up but, it still keeps flashing warning when i replace them - they are the original batteries and havent been overcharged - i have tried the self and same type of battery but this still wont work.....
The problem is about the phone itself - the phone is secured for unoriginal batteries with higher capacities, hovewer new original batteries have bigger capacities than the phone developers have predicted and this is the cause why the phone goes off with an error.
You must discharge the batteries - in a charger with such option, or any other AAA batery device. Or simply leave those batteries for a few days without charging. You don't have to fully discharge them, just a little, for the phone to manage their actual capacity.
Hi this problem is usually a battery related message.
Try leaving the batteries out for a few mins and if that does not work perform a reset on the handset. (in advanced settings menu)
If you still have a problem it's time to return it under warranty.
